- Details about your project, photos you share, and messages you send us.
- Your approvals and signatures on quotes, contracts, and change orders.
Information created as we work together
- Quotes, contracts, change orders, invoices, receipts, and progress photos for your project.
- A record of the emails and text messages we send you.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card or bank account number; we only receive confirmation that a payment was made.
Technical information
Like most websites, our servers receive basic technical information (such as your IP address, browser, and device type) when you visit urbanedge.pro. We use cookies only to keep you signed in and the site working. We don't use advertising trackers on urbanedge.pro.
How we use your information
- To prepare quotes, contracts, and invoices, schedule work, and build your project.
- To send you your project documents, your private client portal link, and payment receipts.
- To contact you about your project by phone, email, or text message (see below).
- To keep records we need for your warranty, our taxes, and our legal obligations.
Text messages (SMS)
If you agree to receive texts from us, we use your mobile number to send messages about your project: quotes, scheduling updates, invoices and payment links, receipts, and your client portal link. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. See our text message program and Terms for details.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that run our business tools on our behalf — website and database hosting, email delivery, text message delivery, and payment processing — and only so they can provide those services to us.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
- If our business is sold or reorganized, with the new owner, under this same policy.
How long we keep it
We keep project records for as long as we need them to stand behind our work and warranty, and to meet tax and legal requirements. When we no longer need information, we delete it.
How we protect it
Your information is stored with access controls, and your client portal is reached through a private link. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your portal link to yourself and tell us right away if you think it has been shared.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
- Ask us to stop emailing you by replying to any email or contacting us below.
- Ask to see, correct, or delete your information by contacting us below.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date above.
